I'm Trying To Contact A Seller Via This Website,
But The Seller Will Not Respond, Can You Help?
No. We are unable to get involved in the buying
process, including seller/buyer communications.
Although we try hard to provide our users with
every possible way to contact a seller (private

will reply to any request for more information.
We suggest you try more than one way to contact
a seller. If you email or use our online form
to ask a question, follow up that request with
a phone call.

I Visited A Dealership To View A Vehicle I
Found On This Website. After Talking To A Sales
Person I Found Out That The Vehicle Was Sold.
Why Is This Vehicle Still Online?
Showcase Publications, Inc. deals with thousands
of dealers every week. It is impossible for us
to know when a vehicle has been sold and what
inventory is still available on any given lot.
It is up to the seller to provide us with all
information needed to update their publication
and online inventory. Please keep in mind that
most sellers are very busy and do not have the
time or resources to contact us every time they
sell a vehicle. Most sellers wait until the next
publication release to update their inventory.
We highly suggest that you contact the seller
before visiting the location of any vehicle for
sale.

I Found A Vehicle Online With The Features
And Price I Was Looking For. When I Arrived At
The Dealership, The Vehicle Had A Different Price
And Features. Why?
Although we try hard to make sure that all of
the information in print and online is correct,
errors do occur. Neither Showcase Publications,
Inc. nor our advertisers are responsible for typographical
errors, mistakes, or misprints, including but
to limited to, pricing errors, individual vehicle
disclaimers, finance options, or an incorrect
statement of features and/or accessories of a
particular vehicle. To the extent permitted by
applicable law. Always consult with the seller
(dealer or private) over such terms, including
price, dealer fees, tax, tag, title, etc. before
visiting the location of any vehicle for sale
or making your final purchasing decision. If you
would like to report a vehicle with incorrect
information, please contact
us and we will investigate the vehicle in
question. Please include all information about
the vehicle including the make, model, year, name
of the dealership or seller, city, state and zip
